FORTUNE APPLE
Fortune apple is an excellent variety, highly colored 'Fortune' is a hybrid of 'Schoharie Spy' x 'Empire' and it combines the desirable attributes of both parents. It a large attractive fruit that has good flavor and texture and can be eaten fresh or used in baking or salads. The slightly spicy flavor is a sprightly blend of sugar and acid.
