Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 Honeycrisp.com apple
1 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey
1. Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips and cranberries, in the food processor
2. If the mixture looks a little wet, you can add more oats
3. Take a taste - If it's not sweet enough for you, feel free to add more honey
4. Mix in chocolate chips and dried cranberries
5. Roll into balls or use a cookie scoop to drop bites onto a lined baking sheet
6. Set in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes
7. Store in the fridge or freeze. Enjoy!
