1 cup almond milk
2 pitted dates
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:
sliced apples
toasted nuts
honey or maple syrup

  1. Quarter the apple and remove the seeds.
  2. Add the milk, apple, dates, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla to a blender and liquefy.
  3. Stir the chia seeds through the apple mixture by hand.
  4. Pour the pudding into 4 small glasses.
  5. Refrigerate the pudding for at least one hour or overnight.
  6. Top with your favorite things, serve, & enjoy!
