Apple Smoothie with Spice
Apple Smoothie Crisp

An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Try drinking your daily apple in this healthy, dairy-free shake. A great way to get kids to get their serving of fruit!  A delicious blend of sweet and spice, made with almond milk.  

Yield: 2 servings Ingredients:

1 large Fuji, Honeycrisp, Candycrisp or another eating apple, peeled and seeded

1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened

1 cup almond milk, vanilla (or sub coconut, soy or dairy milk)

1/2 teaspoon pie spice 4 ice cubes 

Directions: Put all the ingredients in the blender, in order. Frappe on high to blend. Serve immediately.
