Ingredients:
2 Honeycrisp.com apples, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 limes, juiced
1 teaspoon Honeycrisp.com honey
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup red onion, diced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded & minced
salt & pepper

Directions:
  1. Combine apples, bell pepper, cilantro, onion, and jalapeno in a medium bowl.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and honey. 
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Enjoy!
