Ingredients:

1.  Core & slice apples into small pieces
2.  Mix the apple slices, yogurt, and a splash of water in a blender or food processor and blend until you get a liquid consistency
3.  Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze
4.  Store left over treats in a sealed container in the freezer
