Apple & Feta Salad with Honey Apple Dressing 


Dressing Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons Honeycrisp.com honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Salad Ingredients:
  • 3 cups salad mix
  • 1 Honeycrisp.com apple, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons pecans
  • 3 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
1.  Layer salad mix in a bowl with apples, cranberries, pecans, and feta cheese on top.
2.  Whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.  Enjoy!
