  • 6 Fuji apples, peeled and sliced (any favorite apple from honeycrisp.com)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)


1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2.   Place the sliced Fuji apples in the prepared baking dish.

3.   In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Use your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4.   Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the apples.

5.   Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
