Ingredients:
  • Honeycrisp.com apples, cored & cut into large pieces
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 cups spring mix, spinach, or kale
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups pure filtered water
  • Sea salt, to taste
Instructions:

1.  In a blender, combine apples, lemon juice, greens, avocado, mint, and two cups of water. 
2.  Blend until smooth, adding more water as necessary for desired consistency. 
3.  Season with salt to taste.  Enjoy!
