Ordering Something For Yourself?
1. Choose the product you would like to order
2. Any special requests or a specific date you would like your order to arrive on?
- Enter it in the white box under "Special Instructions or Ship Date"
3. Click the red button "Add to Cart"
4. Finished shopping?
- Click the red button "Checkout" under "Shopping Bag" on the right side of the screen
5. Signed in to your account?
- It will enter your billing and shipping addresses. Verify that these are correct.
6. Not signed in to an account?
- Enter your billing and shipping information, or Click Here to Create an Account
7. Choose a shipping method
8. Enter payment information
9. Have any comments or requests for us?
- Enter them in the box under "Comments"
10. All set?
- Click the red button "Checkout" at the bottom of the page
11. You will receive an email with a copy of your order within a few minutes of placing your order
& You're Signed In To Your Account

- Enter it in the white box under "Message to Recipient"
- *Note that the letter included with your order will say it's from you via your billing information

4. Choose a recipient from your address book by clicking "Click Here-Choose One" under "Send to-Choose One"
5. Recipient not in your address book?
- Choose "Other- Add New Name" and enter the recipient's name in the box beside it
6. Click the red button "Add to Cart"
7. Finished shopping?
- Click the red button "Checkout" under "Shopping Bag" on the right side of the screen
8. If you are signed in, it will automatically enter your billing and shipping addresses. Verify that these are correct.
9. Choose a shipping method

11. Have any comments or requests for us?
- Enter them in the box under "Comments"
12. All set?
- Click the red button "Checkout" at the bottom of the page
13. You will receive an email with a copy of your order within a few minutes of placing your order

Entering Multiple Addresses Into One Order
1. If you are signed in to your account, choose a recipient from your address book by clicking "Click Here-Choose One" under "Send to - Choose One"
- If you are not signed in to your account, or need to make one Click Here
2. If the recipient is not in your address book, choose "Other- Add New Name" and enter the recipient's name in the box beside it
*It might now look like this if you were sending the package to "Sue"*
Your Screen may now look something like this
3. Click the red button "Add to Cart"
- Now you will be back on the same item. Now, on the right of the screen you will see the item you added is in your Shopping Basket
4. Now, you can continue shopping & repeat the steps above to add more "Ship to" addresses to your order
- You can enter as many items with different "Ship to" addresses as you would like.
- Use the "Click here - Choose One" and enter a recipient's name in the box to the right before clicking on "Add To Cart" for each item added
5. Once you are finished shopping, click the red button "Check out" on the right side. You will then be asked for each recipient's shipping information one at a time.
- This information will be saved in your "address book".
- You can select separate UPS shipping methods for each recipient.
- Click Here for the UPS Shipping Map to see how long shipping takes to different areas.
6. If you are signed in to your account when you reach the payment screen, it will automatically enter your billing address. Verify that these are correct.
- If you are not signed in to an account, enter your billing address.
7. Enter payment information
8. You can enter any additional comments or requests in the box under "Comments"
9. Click the red button "Checkout" at the bottom of the page
10. You will receive an email with a copy of your order within a few minutes of placing your order
