General Shipping Information
- We ship mostly Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday to get your apples to you as fast as we can.
- Consider how cold it is at destination. We do not warrany for freezing. We do try to time shipping accordingly.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and method — it is a paid cost by the customer.
- The UPS shipping notification may not reflect the actual weight because we use dimensional weight (saves you money).
- All apples are sold by volume or count, not by weight. Weights on the site are approximate.
- We do not ship orders that will sit over the weekend with UPS (except certain holidays or when weather allows).
- UPS transit times are estimates — we do not guarantee delivery dates.
- Ship time does not include the day the package leaves the farm.
- Due to labor and weather, your order may not ship the same week.
- Once a UPS label is created, orders cannot be canceled or returned (perishable food).
- Address changes in transit cost $20 + any additional shipping fees.

Who pays the shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. The customer always pays the full shipping cost. No free shipping is available.
We pack and ship as fast as possible. Every box is hand-packed. We do not ship on weekends.
Due to labor and farm conditions, we cannot guarantee same-week shipping, especially during peak season.
No. Faster shipping only affects transit time, not when we pack and hand the box to UPS.
Not at this time. Our previous military complimentary shipping program has been suspended since 2020.
We monitor temperatures and may delay shipments in extreme cold to prevent damage. Apples are not insulated. We do not replace cold-damaged fruit.
