Why You’ll Love McIntosh

McIntosh is a classic cool-climate apple known for its wonderful aroma, abundant juice and lively sweet-tart flavor. Fresh Macs have a crisp-to-tender bite and naturally softer flesh than modern hard-crisp apples such as Honeycrisp or Fuji. They are wonderful for eating out of hand, and their tender flesh breaks down readily for smooth, aromatic applesauce — especially rosy pink sauce when some of the red peel is cooked with the fruit. McIntosh also adds fragrance and acidity to cider, juice and pie blends.

Why Choose the Full Bushel Case?

The Full Bushel Case is our best-value bulk option for McIntosh apples — ideal for baking, canning, sauce-making, or a household that goes through apples quickly. Buying by the case lowers the per-apple cost compared to our individual gift boxes.

Full Bushel Cases are sold by volume, not exact weight — this case holds approximately 40–42 lbs, typically 80–88 McIntosh apples depending on size.
