Why You’ll Love Empire

Empire offers a balanced sweet-tart flavor with a crisp, juicy bite and a light aromatic character. It is a classic New York choice for everyday snacking, lunchboxes and salads, with a firmer texture than McIntosh. Empire is useful in the kitchen as well: add it to apple crisp, bake it into pies or cook it into applesauce.

Why Choose the 12 Count Gift Box?

The 12 Count Gift Box is a practical size for sharing at home, sending a thoughtful farm-fresh gift, or enjoying Empire throughout the week without ordering a larger case.

Packed to Help Prevent Bruising

Each Empire apple is nestled in protective foam that keeps the apples separated and helps prevent them from bumping into one another during shipment. This substantially reduces the risk of bruising, making our gift boxes ideal for sending to someone special or simply enjoying at home.

For the best freshness, refrigerate your apples when they arrive. Either in or out of the box.

Gift boxes are sold by count, not by weight or volume — this box contains exactly 12 Empire apples.

Shipping & Storage

Shipped fresh from the farm to your door. Refrigerate promptly after arrival to help preserve Empire’s crisp texture and juicy flavor. Keep the fruit protected from pressure and check it regularly during storage.
