Why You’ll Love Acey Mac

Acey Mac is an early-season McIntosh-type apple with the same aromatic, sweet-tart character Mac lovers know, but ripening ahead of the classic McIntosh harvest. Its crisp, juicy flesh and bright flavor make it a great way to get McIntosh-style flavor early in the season, whether eaten fresh or cooked into a fragrant applesauce.

Why Choose the Full Bushel Case?

The Full Bushel Case is our best-value bulk option for Acey Mac apples — ideal for baking, canning, sauce-making, or a household that goes through apples quickly. Buying by the case lowers the per-apple cost compared to our individual gift boxes.

Full Bushel Cases are sold by volume, not exact weight — this case holds approximately 40–42 lbs, typically 100 Acey Mac apples.

Shipping & Storage

Shipped fresh from the farm to your door. Refrigerate promptly after arrival to help preserve Acey Mac’s aroma and crisp texture. Keep the fruit protected from pressure and check it regularly during storage.
