• 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp. milk or cream
  • 2-4 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup glazed walnuts or toasted almonds
  • fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • toasted baguette slices or thin crackers

1.  Combine goat cheese and milk in a mixing bowl
2.  Lay crackers or toasted baguette slices on a platter. Spread the cheese mixture on top
3.  Layer thinly sliced apple on top of the cheese
4.  Drizzle the cheese mixture with honey
5.  Lightly sprinkle the nuts on top
6.  Sprinkle the finely chopped rosemary over the appetizers.  Enjoy!
